This card was done in one of our "Watercolouring with Tombow Markers" classes. All done with High Hopes Rubber Stamps, some heavy mulberry paper, raffia and lots of colouring. Hats off to Karen on my design team that did this fabulous card. I think it is my favorite this Christmas.

TUMBLING SANTA
I am sharing a card with you today that was done in one of our card classes. It is "Tumbling Santa" and the image is from High Hopes..."Stackable Santa". The reason we called him tumbling is because he is one of our specialty cards that move. If you notice in the bottom right hand corner there is a small black scallop wheel. When you turn the wheel the Santa at the bottom turns around and around.
The images were painted with Tombows and the background is the CB folder...Snowflakes.
The snowflakes were punched with a MS snowflake punch and sponges with Brilliance Starlite Black. The little oval HO's were stamped onto white shrink film with Stazon Black.
The Santa were all stamped, coloured and cut out and then assembled on top of each other. A little easier than masking them all.
Here is a different pic with Santa turned a bit more. The card stock is black, white and red linen.
Have a great day...

FLOURISHES CITY OF DAVID
This is one of the cards we did in a class recently. The stamp is from Flourishes (I absolutely LOVE their stamps). It is watercoloured with Tombow markers and put through the Xyron machine to attach the permanent adhesive to enable the Crystal Art Institute Glitter to stick.
I used the Hanging Starburst Bigz die from Sizzix for the stars (which I also covered in glitter). The Wise Men were cut out and of course I added Stickles glitter to them too. All was mounted to a navy Diamond dust cardstock to complete this glittery look.
